🎪 Rental Guidelines – Fernie’s Party Rentals

Supervision
👀 An adult must monitor the inflatable while it’s in use. You may provide your own supervisor, or you can hire one of our trained attendants for extra peace of mind.

Setup Requirements
⚡ We ask that you let us know if your inflatable will be set up on grass, pavement, or another surface at least 5 days before your event. All units must be properly anchored with stakes or sandbags(extra) according to safety guidelines. Stakes are our preferred method on grass; sandbags will be used if staking is not possible.

✅ Setup Area Checklist

Before your inflatable rental is delivered, please make sure:

• 🧹 The area is clean and free of rocks, sticks, pet waste, or sharp objects

• 📏 The surface is flat and level for safe setup

• 🌳 There is enough overhead clearance (no power lines, trees, or low structures)

• 🚪 Entryways and gates are wide enough for us to bring the inflatable through (minimum 3–4 ft)

• 💧 Sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, or underground utilities are marked or disclosed so we know where not to stake
