Delivery & pickup:
The day before your event, you’ll get a text with your delivery window. Your booked times are for your party, not exact delivery or pickup times. Our team adjusts routes to ensure everything arrives safely and on time—sometimes a little early or a little later—but your party is always covered!
Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather (such as heavy rain, high winds, or storms) makes it unsafe to set up or use equipment, we’ll work with you to reschedule your rental. Your deposit will remain on file as a rain check that can be applied toward a future event.
